Shipping:

When you make your purchase you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order where you will find your order number (if you do not receive your email, we recommend checking your spam folder). Orders that were received before 6:00 pm Monday to Friday and before 2:00 pm on Saturday will be processed the same day, and orders received after this time will be processed the next business day. The customer will receive notification of their purchase and when it is processed.

A large quantity of our pieces are manufactured to order so that there is no waste or overproduction. The delivery time is stipulated in the description of each product, where it will be specified if it is made to order or already in stock. The availability and delivery of will be visible at the time of making the purchase and before completing it, additionally once the purchase is completed. You will be followed up by email on the status of your product and once it is manufactured or, in any case, already in stock, we will do everything possible to have it shipped between 1 or 2 days after its manufacturing completion date. or your purchase. Once your piece is ready to be shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your package.

Mall Gran México will send the purchased item(s) as soon as possible, however, in case of delays, losses or detriment to the products, caused by force majeure or fortuitous events on the part of the parcel, Mall Gran México will not have responsibility, nor will he be obliged to pay any compensation to the User, who expressly accepts that in this case he must direct his claim to the corresponding parcel company.

Orders will be processed from Monday to Saturday at established times. Orders received on Sundays and/or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs:

Rates for national and international shipments depend on the area and zip code to which the shipment will be made, as well as the volume and weight of the package or products. If when making your guide, our quote tells us that your area is extended, we will contact you to cover the cost of shipping with an extended area *whether it was free or not*.

The costs and shipping do not include insurance with any package. For international shipments, MALL GRAN MÉXICO EXPORT does not cover taxes or customs fees imposed by each country at the time of import. The customs policies of each country are different so we cannot predict what the charge will be. Taxes regarding the purchase are the responsibility of the customer. Returns & Exchanges:

The only reason we accept a product return or a full refund of the product is if the product you purchased has a manufacturing defect and/or is used or damaged, you have 3 calendar days after the piece has been delivered by the parcel to make the a return.

If a size or model change is required, the shipping cost for both the outward and return shipping of the product will be borne by the customer. The guide will be sent to you to make the change after payment of the shipping costs, so that you only print the guide and proceed to carry out the steps found in the section: “To return or exchange for parcels you must follow the following steps” .

To be eligible for a return or refund, we ask that the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Likewise, we ask for images of the product in the same conditions that we sent it with original labels if applicable, and why you are requesting this refund or return.

Considering the user meets the following characteristics:

– Keep its original packaging, labels, stickers and wrappers (emplaye).

– Keep the warranty policy, user manual and assembly manual, if applicable.

– Do not contain signs of use or manipulation.

It is necessary to send an email to info@granmexico.com.mx indicating the reason for the return. When you send the email, we will analyze your case by viewing images of the product that was sent to you from our warehouse and we will answer you if the product can be accepted at a return or refund. If accepted, for your convenience you will be provided with a pre-paid parcel guide so that you can only print it and paste it on your package.

To return or exchange by parcel you must follow the following steps:

– Once you have sent an email to info@granmexico.com.mx following the previous instructions and you are provided with the return guide, print it and continue to the next step.

– Send the product with all its labels, stickers, original packaging, wrapping, guarantees and instructions (if contained), as well as a copy of the sales receipt generated by the website or store, inside a box. The product must be well packaged so that it does not suffer damage during transportation since Mall Gran México is not responsible if the product is damaged by the parcel company due to an omission in shipping protection.

– Paste the guide labels on the package and seal it well.

– Take the package to any branch of the parcel company from which the guide was issued.

– You must keep the copy of the sealed guide as proof of shipping through the parcel company and send an image to the email info@granmexico.com.mx.

– Upon receiving the return or exchange, it will be verified that the returned product complies with the General Return Conditions and the Return Policies mentioned above.

Returned products must be in perfect condition, new and with their corresponding labels. Once we receive the package to be returned, and its status is checked, your refund will be processed through the same payment method you used within 5 business days. If, due to the origin where you are located, our transport provider does not cover the route, then you must pay for the shipment, keep a copy of the invoice of the shipment and send it to us, and later we will return it to you using the payment method with which you purchased. Any shipment made without prior consent from Mall Gran México Export and/or under our guidelines, we are not responsible for said costs or for accepting the return of the product.

There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

You will also not be able to return products that have not been purchased through the Mall Gran México platform. Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale products are not subject to refunds.

Additional Non-Returnable Products:

– Gift coupons.

– Some health and beauty products as well as personal care.

– Music books and records as long as they do not come open in their original packaging.

– Medical devices.

– Products for consumption, such as medicines, food, alcoholic beverages, vitamins and food supplements.

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next step, contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund is posted. If the steps and requirements previously indicated are not met, Mall Gran México may reject the return request and the refund or cancellation of the charge for the price paid or the corresponding exchange will not proceed, returning the product to the sender’s address.
