Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

• Books and music discs as long as they do not come open from their original packaging.

• Products for consumption, such as medicines, food, beverages and alcoholic beverages, vitamins and food supplements.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Likewise, before a return, any return must be justified and with evidence that the products meet the characteristics necessary for the return.

If the return is accepted by Gran México, we will send a guide to your mail so you can print it and send it along with the package. If by the origin where you are our transport provider does not cover the route, then you must pay for the shipment, keep a copy of the invoice of that shipment and send it to us, and then we will return it by means of payment with which you have bought.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your package back. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If the item is enabled and marked as a gift when it was purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return plus no shipping. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate or coupon will be sent to you by email.  You must cover the shipment of the product to our facilities.
